I traveled 45,000 miles over 5
months in 2008 as I completed the 20/20/20<5@45 event (that is 20 one-mile
races in 20 weeks in 20 different North American cities all less than 5
minutes at 45 years old). I had the great fortune of meeting Charlie
Olbrias from The Last Mile Racing Management at his Boom Box Mile event on
July 4th in Willimantic, CT.
After seeing Charlie and his associates at work during a couple of my
featured mile events during my journey, I chose
The Last Mile Racing Management as the official timing company for
the OneMileRunner.com event in 2009 entitled, "The
New England Mile...One Mile
